Two parts to your draft: 8 teams you think will perform best in the group stage, plus 11 players (and a captain) who keep scoring through the whole tournament. Both lock at the first kickoff on JUN 11.
Teams and players both score, every match
12 days of group play. Your teams pick up points based on results — this is the only phase where they score directly. Your players pick up points based on what they do on the pitch, with the captain earning double on every event. Players keep scoring the same way in the knockouts.

Pot 4 underdogs pay the most per win. Each of your 8 teams scores this every group match.

Your captain earns double points on every event. Clean sheets need GK/DEF, 60+ minutes, and a full-time clean sheet (no shootout goals). Players score the same way in knockouts.

When the last group match ends, your group-stage team picks are done— they don't carry into knockouts. Instead, every manager fills out a fresh 31-pick bracket — a separate pickem where you predict the winner of every knockout match. You also get a short window to swap up to 5 players if you want. Both lock the night before R32 kicks off.
A separate 31-pick bracket (not your group-stage teams): predict the winner of every knockout match through to your champion. Each correct pick scores, and the Final pick is your champion bet.

Each round contributes the same 48 max. The Final pick is your champion — call it right and you're the tie-breaker for the bracket side prize.
Most managers' XIs take a hit when group-stage eliminations land. The window lets you patch your roster before knockouts kick off.
- 5 voluntary swapsNet diff from your starting XI. Swap a player out, swap them back in — that's a wash and costs nothing.
- Forced replacements freeAny player whose team didn't make R32 must be replaced — uncapped and doesn't burn a voluntary sub.
- Captain reassignableMove the 2× armband to any of your post-sub eleven.
Same constraints as the original draft: any country, max 4 per team, position-matched. All subs are optional — if your XI is intact, you can leave it alone.
Overall champion + best bracket
Knockouts play out. Your bracket scores as games finish. Your XI keeps scoring per event. On July 19, the Final decides both races.

Side prize: highest bracket points alone (max 240). Champion call breaks ties.
Even if you fall behind in groups, the bracket is a clean reset.
